  • Discuss marketing plan based on commission option selected
  • Review agency disclosure
  • Discuss new home purchase and/or relocation assistance
Implement Marketing Plan
  • Schedule marketing activities according to selected commission plan
  • Schedule showings for other brokers and with prospective buyers
  • Communicate on a regular basis
  • Monitor results of marketing strategies and revise as needed
  • Modify pricing strategy as necessary
Review Offers
  • Offers presented to you by listing agent
  • Discuss and explain proposed terms and conditions of all offers
  • Agent negotiates counter offers, amendments as needed
  • Reach final agreement
Complete Conditions/Provisions of Offer as Specified
  • Agent deposits buyer's earnest money
  • Sign documents as needed
  • Agent searches for competitive title company, gathers all documents to be forwarded
  • Agent negotiates inspections
  • Agent monitors satisfaction of all contingencies. Ensures all dates and deadlines are met
  • Buyer's final walk-thru within 3 days of closing
  • Loan funding/balance due by buyer provided by lender
